PSG SOFT-COAT

PSG SOFT-COAT coating plates are intended for use on all types of modern varnishing machines, designed to transfer both water-based and UV varnishes. The plate has a multi-layered structure, which consists of an upper rubber layer, compressive and stabilizing layers, and a polyester base.

Plates are intended for both entire and selective varnishing. Preparation of the plate for selective varnishing is possible both manually and with the help of CAD cutting devices.

The micro-polished EPDM surface provides optimal varnish transfer and resistance to chemical care products, and the strong polyester base preserves the size of the plate during operation and provides the possibility of repeated use.
